Rhule Is smart enough to make sure we are grooming someone behind the scenes.  Our coaching staff is huge.  If Brady leaves we will still keep his system.

That was already done, to those that may not recall, Brady brought on an assistant. I believe Rhule/Tepper gave him the ok to hire as well. -- DJ Mangas is the name you'll probably hear take the reigns if / when Brady leaves to be a HC.

Wouldn't picks involve running receivers in the same area?

Through the same area in opposite directions, not TO the same area, that is the main difference, think a slot receiver on a flat route, and the flanker on a slant, those routes cross each other, that's where the natural rub / pick occurs.

They are, but if you show yourself to be an elite coordinator, you usually will get offered a HC job to see if you can replicate said success.

im aware but whos to say the brady wants to take on that lifestyle right away. im just saying, its too early to lock it in

Everyone always wants to be THE MAN, their own boss, etc.

This whole notion of maybe he just likes being an OC and will stay one for awhile first is foolish.

This man wants to win championships as a head coach and go down as the GOAT.

The only way he would turn down a HC offer was if he thought the owner/gm were complete ass and would hender his coaching.

A few things;

1, Brady is impressive and our offense is only going to get better.

2. I think he's with us 2 to 3 years, maybe longer as he has very little NFL experience. He might want to learn more from Rhule and show consistency to get a team that he wants, not just any offer. Plus he makes good money now. If a young OC fails he may not get a 2nd chance to be a HC. I don't think he leaves soon.

3. I think Brady and that similar concept to the Saints will make our defense better when we play the Saints. Practicing against a similar offense every week has to help.

Creative and aggressive offense without many gimmicks. So far looking like the best OC we've had  since Henning.

lol really?  Hemming was awful.  He survived on talent alone for a few years before injuries showed how truly pitiful he was.

But who has been better since then? We haven't exactly had the greatest track record of OCs.

Dan Henning is the only reason we stayed in that Super Bowl.  The Cheatriots knew everything we were running.  He changed things up and we came back and made that game one of the most exciting Super Bowls ever.

He knew how to adjust.

Yeah we have had some bad ones.  Chud wasn’t bad, but got too cute sometimes.

Chud's problem was that he saw his job as a chance to try out some cool ideas. It wasn't about the team and it wasn't about winning. He thought he was smart and good, but he wanted smart and good as he thought. He didn't care or pay attention to what was on the field. Smart guy with a good offensive mind, but not a good OC and coach.

If the Panthers have like the 5th or 6th pick and decide to go BPA bc the QBs are gone, imagine Joe Brady drafting this 20yr old dude right here to be the Brian Burns of our offense. He'd be an immediate match up nightmare that our division wouldn't have an answer for and would absolutely be a BPA situation. We could spend the rest of the draft on defense and OLine

Boy, if you weren't familiar with how good this offense can be already, the first half of this game has shown a lot.

On the DJ Moore touchdown, you had a blocker out front by design Curtis samuel. Thats the kind of thing I've always loved watching Sean Payton's offense
