Not true, can you quote a single source?

What’s been reported is that he may be able to play on Sunday if he tests negative. That hasn’t actually happened.

They were talking about it on ESPN radio yesterday and said it. If they were wrong they were wrong. I’m not really doing in depth research it’s not a huge deal to me, just asked a question.

Well not wearing a mask is not really down playing it, because wearing a mask is actually a personal choice when it comes to any disease really. I do not wear a mask unless required, and the Virus exist. The whole issue is  people think there is only two choices/reactions with the Virus... Downplay it, or being overly cautious. How about just being cautious, but not causing fear and chaos, but not calling it a Hoax? Can this not be done anymore?

Not when you not wearing a mask can potentially affect other people and cause more spread. People like you are making this way too complex. This is a public health crisis not a personal choice issue. Wear a mask around others especially in groups or in public. Wash your hands, social distance when you can.

people can be overly cautious or cautious. Those are the only two options if we wanna stop this poo from going even more insane. You are not cautious if you don’t wear a mask in those settings. poo I wear a n95 mask when I walk my dogs around the neighborhood or hiking. I get the transmission risk is extremely low but I have high risk people I interact with. And if for some reason I have covid I’m not gonna be taking the chance of someone walking right into my contaminated Covid breathing spit cloud. It’s just being courteous of other people. I want my neighbors to know that I care about them and their health and it requires literally zero effort on my part.

Ya, I do not wear a mask outside, nor in my car, that is dumb. I do not interact with anyone but my family, and of course I follow all precautions that is just dumb not to do. However, I do not get all flustered if someone around me is not wearing a mask, nor not social distancing.  9 time out of 10, If I am around someone close or not wearing a mask it is not longer than 5 minutes. Of Course I wear my mask in groups or around other people, I am just saying If I am alone, I am not wearing one.

I’m fine with masks outside. People have gotten Covid outside. Transmission rates are lower but again zero effort to be overly cautious. Zero effort. Wearing them in the car obviously not unless you have ppl in the car that aren’t apart of your household.

im not sure what your gripe was with my post? Cause what you’re doing is good. That’s being cautious. Overly cautious people are fine as well. Its like you were trying to equate overly cautious people with people who think it’s a hoax.

Under cautious causes spread, overly does not. No reason to not be fine with someone taking an extreme approach if that best fits their life and those around them.

If you're underly cautious, the governor has to step in and bring back restrictions. Case in point ... here. The Orthodox Jewish community (responsible for the measles outbreak last year) is very lax in terms of Covid precaution. Numbers have exploded all over BK in Jewish communities. So ... the good gov had to step in and now things are shut down once again in those areas. People are mad of course, as seen by the protests last night where dozens and dozens of Jewish men lit fires in the street ... and threw their masks into the flames.

Good times.

True, I just look at is as, if you are overcautious about one thing, you will be under cautious about another. Being paranoid is not necessarily a bad thing. I worry ( and it happened) that certain factors will use the paranoia too cause panic and fear, or use it to cause mistrust and vulnerability.

This is extremely ironic

Not riots really. Protests. They're closing indoor seating in restaurants again, and shutting down a lot of non-essential businesses again because the Covid numbers are up. Why? They don't want to wear masks. If you're not from here, or haven't seen the new Netflix shows on Orthodox and Ultra-Orthodox Jews ... they live on a whole other planet than the rest of us. They live by their own rules until forced not to.

Oh, I know. A Friend of mine that lives in Jersey says it all the time. He got called an Anti-Semite because he said something about them following own rules and spreading a virus, it was interesting.
