Kinda sorta.

He needs write offs, he probably got it on a 15 year loan in the low 2% range.

40K per month or so, plus taxes and insurance, much less with a 30 year.

Again, not my style, but to each his own.

I’m kind of surprised that 7.5 is the record for most expensive residential transaction in the region.

Yep.  I live one neighborhood down.  It's interesting who you see in that Harris Teeter, and the Publix off of Brawley's.
