Personally, I'd much prefer to own something really nice where I want to call home one day, and a condo close to the stadium/facility.

He probably has a chauffeur or a helicopter pilot pick him up so it doesn't matter.

This home is in the Northern part of the Lake, basically in Troutman. It is also on 7 Acres of land, so not bad.
