You’re definitely missing the point, but you’re in the right thread if that’s something you enjoy on a regular basis.

I'll give you this. You are as funny as your namesake.

Thank you so much for the belly laughs. I really needed them.

GB won in 2010

You didn't read the OP.

I said Greenbay was an exception and that Panthers were an exception.

How many teams have won 2 superbowls in 15 years or less with 2 different QBs when the 2nd QB wasn't already on the same roster as the first?

No point to miss. The team is exactly where we were last year.

Do you think this team is a playoff team?

Do you trust Marty Hurney to build a winner?

If not, you're just putting rose tinted glasses on the same scenario you were critical of last year because you want to affirm your own proclamations.

But please, expound...

Hostletler was off of the Giants two years after winning the SB, same with Johnson. Doug Williams lost the starting job the following year to a 6th round NFL sophomore. Why in the fug are you comparing Teddy to these guys if Teddy is so good?

I haven’t said he’s so good or so bad. You, like many others, are missing the point — that superstar No. 1 overall pick QBs are far from a sure thing to take people to SB glory. Last 10 QBs who went No. 1 are a combined 0-2 in the SB. Trevor gonna do what they couldn’t?

Did you think Cam was a sure thing going into the draft?

For someone so condescending, you’re not very good at displaying intelligence.

It is in no way, shape or form where we were last year except for the same record. A better, more creative coaching staff, a better starting QB, a better WR corps and players willing to fight for their coach.

Is this team a playoff team now? No. Will it be a playoff team within two seasons? Absolutely. At the latest.

Do I trust Marty Hurney to build a winner? No, not really. But he made the moves that got us three points from a Lombardi in 2003 and there’s no guarantee he’s here after this year anyway. Now, some questions for you:

Is an 0-16 team magically a playoff team with Trevor Lawrence? How about a 1-15 team?

Do you think Matt Rhule, Joe Brady and Phil Snow are incapable of coaching a team to the playoffs?

If you were unhappy last year because we were losing and are unhappy this year because we’ve won two in a row, what makes you a fan?
