Brian Burns , Oh my goodness

Going back to last year, Burns just like beating up Kyler Murray. 

How many hits in the two games against the cards alone does Burns have? Felt like every other play he was laying on top of him.

burns is kinda like the old cowboys NT Jay Ratcliff, who made up for a lack of traditional size by just being insanely quick.

I noticed that they had him at OLB a lot, then they would move him up or stunt him from there---it was effective vs. the redbirds.

Imagine this defense if we added a MLB, S, and a CB or two step up.

I think Burris is playing better.

I think Elder is holding his own.

YGM is going to be the real deal.

Brown is going to be a stud for 10 years.

Pride is ahead of where he should be as a 4th round CB.

I think KK was hustling yesterday--hold the phones. (Shows the contagious nature of the defense)

This defense will be top 5 in the NFL next season---we just have a few gaps to fill.

And a Shaq sighting on that same play, in a good position had they tried to bounce it outside.

I was starting to worry about Burns' ability to play in a 4-3.  He seems to be turning a corner, as does a lot of the defense.  They are showing a lot more as a unit than I had expected or even hoped after four games.

It is amazing what a little coaching and some surrounding talent/effort can do.

If only Charles Johnson were still playing.  We could have a D line of Short Brown Johnson Burns.  Just the idea of that makes me want to call my doctor
