Now that the Pre-Season is over, where do you see the Panthers going from here?

I see us falling between 7-9 and 9-7....

Today was a great endorphin boost, but I'm not ready to get emotionally involved enough to say we are a playoff team. I think we have some pieces in place, but i don't think we are a good team. I think we just beat a bad team today. The Cards looked like The Browns of Old today.

I tend to agree with a ceiling of about 10 wins.... there are some really really bad teams this season and with 14 playoff spots and 7 in the NFC now 7-10 wins just might get you in the playoffs.... it's looking like the NFC east winner will have a losing record.

The Cards are not a bad team, but they do have a bad defense.  The Panthers also beat a good Chargers team, and hung around vs a good Radiers and Bucs teams.  I think we held the Cardinals to their lowest points and yards of the season.  D is much improved.

That said I expect some set backs and growing pains and for us to finish between 6 and 8 wins.

9-7 is a playoff team in 2020...

The Falcons wouldve went to the playoffs in 2017 at 9-7 had we beat them.

The giants won a SB as a 9-7 wild card team.

The chargers recently made the wild card as a 9-7 team.

This is all with 1 less playoff spot.

Everyone will hover around .500 except possibly 2-3 teams in the NFC, im pretty sure the Panthers will be going to the playoffs at 9-7.

After today’s performance a lot of the games I had listed as losses have moved into the toss up section.

I can see us beating Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit, Denver, Washington, and Minnesota.

Not sure we can beat New Orleans either time, Tampa, KC, Or Green Bay.

I thought we’d be a four win team this year. I think six is most likely but getting to eight and in the hunt for that last wc spot wouldn’t shock me.

Against the likley 0-4 failclowns? If we can get some pressure we can win their defense is horrid, and they literally find a new way to lose weekly.

Right. We need to roll them and get to 3-2.

The big problem is our depth, we are one of the league leaders in dead cap.  We got lucky with Mike Davis showing up, but there's other positions that could hurt us if starter goes down.  As it stands, this team has 8-8 potential.  If we get the usual number of injuries, 5-11 seems solid.
