No way he gets a head coaching job after one season. He is 31 years old...people will want to see him do it consistently and how he adjust after teams have a season worth of tape on us minimum.

It was a concern that I had with the Teddy signing. With Teddy being familiar with his system, I was afraid he'd pull a Chud. Field a good enough offense to put himself on the radar but not a good enough team to legitimately compete.

Didn’t Steve Wilks get an HC job after one year as a coordinator?

Lol at yall thinking a team wont hire a 31 year old Joe Brady to be the HC

And lol at people thinking tepper can just pay him enough money to stay as an OC. 

He wants to be THE man and be the next or better Bill B. 

Maybe can hold him off for a few yrs if Tepper does something crazy like offer him double any other team offers as a HC.

Yeah but he also had many years in the NFL as a position coach and also a few years of being assistant HC as well I believe. Plus he wasn’t 31 when he got hired

I’m sorry; I know it came across that way. He’s just been very impressive and it’s night and day compared to Rivera’s offense. Hopefully Rhule can pick up everything, because Brady is going to be the hottest commodity at this rate.

Yes but he had 12 years of NFL assistant experience before that along with 3 years of assistant head coaching experience before he got the promotion
