As it was explained to me, its when a franchise drafts not one but multiple offensive lineman in the upper rounds, preferably the first, to protect your generational once in a lifetime quarterback.  Now granted its just a theory and I cannot say for sure said theory works but looking around the league sure does provide some legit examples.
