Arians' offense is known for producing downfield throws, and picks.  Peyton's is the exact opposite.

I don't think that Jameis could ever be as efficient as Brees, but he could be good in the right system.

Kid has throwing talent.

Jameis always looks like the next big thing when he is on the bench. And when he gets out there, he can really wing it downfield. The problem isn't his arm strength, it's the fact that he's not very smart. He can and will get you 30 TDs. He will match that with 30 INTs and your team will be middle of the pack or worse.

Brees, his arm is declining quickly, but he still has the brains to make the most of his capabilities. Part of this may also be that the Saints' offense has been figured out, their tendencies and deficiencies.
