The biggest positive change for me is just adjustments during game. Coach Rhule and Co. seem to understand that if something isn't working, try something else.... Don't get me wrong though, he is still a rookie coach that will make boneheaded decisions sometimes but you have to give this team time to develop a winning culture.

Rhule is making me a believer, I am impressed. If he wins more than 5, Idgaf he should get some coach of the year votes, even missing the playoffs. 

Still got them at 3-13, everything went right for them to beat the chargers(TOs, penalties, rookie QB, injuries, etc)
