Calling Jackson the best CB in this division is utterly delusional.

Agree but the way Lattimore has played so far this year, Donte has actually been better than that. Also Bucs and Falcons corner groups really are not that good...

he is a track star who cannot body up on people but has a knack for big plays

that's what he is

like people are bitching at him about the tampa game but what the hell was he supposed to do against Mike Evans? Next time you're playing basketball at the Y, go defend the guy that has six inches and 75 pounds on you in the post. See how that goes.

This seems pretty fair except how many Huddlers are coming out of mom's basement to actually play basketball at the Y? But yeah i have been that dude trying to defend the much bigger guy in the low post. It sucks and there's a limit to what you can do with it.

He has shown nothing worth a new contract. As long as he is on his rookie deal it's a no brainer, play him. The fact we found a CB that plays better than him on the trash heap is not a great sign. He will make some interceptions but his aversion to contact and inability to matchup with great WRs isn't enough but that's completely MHO.

Never hated him. Just mentioned that he had a lot of maturing to do. As far as his play it’s always been boom or bust. He can rip down an INT and has speed to take it to the house but he’s also good for a few whiffs per game. Polar opposite of a guy like Bradberry, and while the flashiness can be fun I think I prefer the quiet guy who produces at a consistent level.

I think people get to caught up in 1 or 2, he's a good DB when his skillet is leveraged. Simple as that, he's gonna match up well vs most receivers who aren't 6'2 +, but that is what Douglas, and Apple are for both being 6'2 and 6'1 respectively.

DJ is likely our best cover corner, speed, COD, ball skills etc. But he's not a physical presence, and that's fine. He's a piece of the puzzle, even Gilmore got lit up by Metcalf he's bigger, stronger, and faster, matchups matter.

His size hurts him, if he was 6’1 210lbs with his speed he would be a monster. Atl, NO, and TB have big really good WR that he just wont be able to match up with well. I think he a good #2 CB to match with speed guys not much else.

That's why the Patrick Petersons of the world are true freaks. He and Bradberry were a good combo. Bradberry to match up with the bigger guys and Jackson to match up with the quicker guys. Then we let Bradberry walk.

My internship in college, one of my fellow interns was a 6’10” center for a D1 school. I politely declined his offer to play 1-on-1 so I could watch him swat another dude’s midrange jumpers
