Did it spread from team to team in the MLB? I honestly don't know.

I don't follow it too closely so not 100% sure but I think it did spread from Miami to another team early in their season, and both those teams' games were postponed for a week or so.

Of course MLB number of games and schedule makes it easy to postpone games than NFL but I do think the league can make it work if the MLB did.

I could get a top high school pitcher to throw three pitches to Igo and I’d bet my mortgage he couldn’t hit any of them in fair

Bro, I played through high school in SC. Faced a few kids that could hit 85 and 90 MPH. Hit it fair? He couldn't even bunt that ish if he hadn't played before.

Again, the NFL did itself no favors by not adding extra bye weeks like CFB did. Big 12, and ACC did a damn good job adding an extra bye week or two to it's schedule in case games had to be cancelled. No other conference did that, which is pretty dumb when you think about it.

I was trying to be nice. I’m giving him benefit of the doubt that he could maybe be late on one and tip it foul

Too much credit. When the ball is moving that fast, it doesn't come in a straight line. He would never even accidentally touch the ball with the bat. And then mofos would have the nerve to throw a 75 MPH curve/change-up. That ish will embarrass you in front of your family. So disrespectful.

Basketball ... now THAT is a boring sport. NCAA is tolerable. NBA is a terrrrrrible product. Now. Back in the 80s and 90s it was actually pretty great.

NBA is watered down. There are some things I would do to tweak MLB and NBA. Baseball needs to shave about 50 games off its schedule and NBA needs to condense the season as well. The “code” for baseball needs to go away also.

Agree. I don’t know if he would be able to hit a top middle school pitcher.

NBA needs a hard cap, and no limits on max contracts. Teams shouldn't ever be able to have 3+ superstars on max contract, and teams with 2 superstars should have a much harder time getting depth. It's just silly to have teams like both LA teams who have done nothing to build a good team except have superstars choose their market. Miami Heat this year are a very welcome sight, but I suspect they'll come up short to LeBron/Davis super team.
