The question isn't whether or not Henning is good, it's who is in control of the Panther's offense. The Panther's offense looks exactly the same now as it did under Henning. The common denominator is Fox. Henning's new team, good or not, is very different in the way they call plays.

no man.. the schemes are different.. they have different players who have different assets, which are brought in by a coach and the scheme he wants to implement..

a master mind OC could take a shitty scheme and still make it effective.. it's not about how it looks, but what is keeping the defense on their toes...
