And work on the get off form the snap.  I did not think he could bully NFL OG/Cs, WRONG! Just like at other spots (LB, S, CB) imagine the DL without Brown. Im very impressed given hes a rookie, can not understand the tard-level hate for him on here tho..

Remember when Star left and most laughed at his contract and never question which we should keep? Or Bradbury left and some wouldn't have resigned for anything? The sacks and interceptions are the easy measuring stick, the real production is much harder to quantify.

I think eventually you will get about the same what you got out of star...  i think star was better vs the pass than brown.. but similar ability.... is that worth a top 7 pick???a run stuffer? I hope so.. im still not sold.

Absolutely worth it. That spot isn’t glamorous but it’s the foundation of a good defense. That’s why when Star left our defense started crumbling. Star and Brown may not get the flashy numbers that casuals and media talking heads look for but they make everyone around them better.  That’s why I think Short’s production has dropped. Not because he got lazy or some such nonsense that gets spouted around here. If Short can get healthy while Brown develops into his potential, he’ll be a beast again. However I’m not confident in Short getting healthy and still having the juice by that point. Might be a year or two before Brown reaches that level.
