Wait, which QB has won more games out of their last 10?

Bruh ... This is just a shameless comment. I enjoy your content JI but come on man.

You know damn well Cam wasnt even healthy for any game the past 2 seasons prior to week 1 of this season. Also a majority of teddy's wins came when he played for which organization?

So there are qualifiers to the statement you made then? It isn't so cut and dry?

Thats the point I am making.

Ya'll tend to believe 2015 Cam still exists. He does, in a way, but he is in Baltimore. 2020 Cam is a middle tier QB so far.

Off the numbers, sure. Teddy will always have a better completion percentage than Cam, but Cam will always win more games.

I'm routing for teddy, he's our QB. He's just another guy to me though, might as well have Chad Pennington or Sam Bradford tbh.

If the game is on the line in the 4th quarter, I'll take Cam over teddy 10/10x. Teddy isn't a bad QB I reiterate, but he ain't gonna throw you many TDs.

The difference for me is that usually Teddy won’t lose you any games. He won’t light it up and be the reason a team wins, but usually won’t be the reason we lose. Prime Cam is capable of putting a team on his back with his athleticism and strong arm, but he can also have an off night and cost us a game. One is more of a gamble, but can have a better reward. The Patriots will out scheme other teams which can help cover up Cam if he has a bad night.

It's unfortunate to note that the monetary aspect is your first concern.

The NFL is a football competition and makes the most of generating revenue using any legal avenue.

The value of the organization does not hinge on Newton, but it was enhanced with him being there. So you read it incorrectly. CMC may be the "face" of the franchise, but is a step down on that as he's not the presence Newton was.

Stuff like opposition fans deciding to come to a game. They're more likely to if Newton was playing than if CMC was the option. Idk of the scheduling in the future, but stuff like prime time games adds value to the franchise. It's more likely Newton will feature in those type of games more often than Carolina. It's questionable if Carolina will get those games at all (Since that type of stuff is your priority).

Reading comprehension, my guy. It’s not MY priority but the NFL exists to generate revenue first and foremost.

Not sure if you’ve spoken to anyone but the only people that speak negatively of CMC are those that are still salty about Cam not being a Panther. Newton on the other hand, while I vouched for him while he was here, was not so fortunate and a large percentage of the fan base didn’t even care for him. So I’d say it depends on who you ask but CMC is certainly not a “step down” in the marketing aspect as it speaks to our fan base.

Lastly, of course Newton is going to get more prime time. He’s polarizing and plays in God’s gift of a team to the NFL in NE. That has more to do with the marketability of the team than any one specific player, however.

What did Teddy do to some of you? Jesus H, the dude has been turnover free today and has completed 76% of his passes thus far. Not his fault he doesn’t have our best weapon and Moore and Samuel have been taking a nap all game.

It's easy to have 70%completion, when all you do is check downs and slots bro.

That must be why Teddy is ranked 6th in the entire NFL with 8.4 yards a pass play. Because of dinking and dunking right.

1. Jared Goff 9.6 70.0%

2. Josh Allen 9.1 71.1%

3. Russell Wilson 9.0 76.7%

4. Nick Mullins 8.8 70.2%

5. Phillip Rivers 8.6 78.3%

6. Teddy Bridgewater 8.4 74.0%

7. Aaron Rodgers 8.4 67.0%

12. Cam Newton 7.8 68.1%

32. Joe Burrow 5.8 64.5%

Men lie, women lie, numbers don't.

I bet some of you loosers who make threads like this are also content with getting a “meets Expectations” on your annual eval while whining like a little bitch every time you have to get up for work despite the fact that you being handed a paycheck for mediocrity.
