Moving on from Cam wasn't to my liking, but I would've been okay with it had we not gone out and signed a journeyman to a three year $60M contract. That screamed striving for mediocrity. If we draft a QB in the 1st next year solidifying that we were simply using Teddy as a stop gap and wet nurse then I'll shut up about it. LOL!

How is Teddy a journeyman he lost his job the same way Brees lost his in San Diego due to injury. He goes to the Jets and then NO Saints makes a trade for him to be Drew Brees backup and made him the highest paid backup in the league. I think Sean Payton knows a thing or two about quarterbacks.

This is is first real shot to lead a franchise since the injury he could flop or he could produce like alot people including the coaching staff thinks he can. Bottom line Cam time was up in Carolina for good or for worse same for Rivera. You can only live off Super Bowl loss for so long, a clean slate was needed for all parties.

4 teams in 6 seasons. It takes tremendous mental gymastics to try to pretend that's not a journeyman.

What quarter? I will look again

4th. He hits Edelman deep for about 50, then on the next play throws a laser across the middle for about 20. It was vintage MVP Cam. We'll see how the season ends up for him and them, but in that 4th quarter he honestly looked as good as he ever has.

He and Edelman had a good game. Ok. That was Edelman's best game as a pro. Ever. In Cam's 2nd start in that offense on that team.

Teddy is AWESOME at what he does. But he has limitations. That doesn't mean the TEAM can't win with him at the helm. He does more than enough to win games. But it'll always take a full TEAM effort. Cam can win games that the TEAM has no business winning.

And Robby Anderson is off to his best career start ever.

Yep, not prevent. Cover 2. Edlemen owned Adams again with a double move. Great throw from Cam.

Ok, I'll play. Who was Robby Anderson's QB? How old is Robby Anderson now? Who was Edelman's QB? How old is Edelman now?

I'll play some more Edelman never had a day like that before, because Tom Brady doesn't lock onto receivers and spreads the ball around. And defenses can't key in on one player ala the Raiders putting 4 defenders on Edelman in coverage, Cam had a bad game throwing.

You must have missed the season Tom had Randy Moss. He would literally throw the ball into coverage so Moss could go get it. It worked because Moss was the best athlete on the field - even at that age. But there were a lot of ill advised passes.

Oh and pretty sure Nkeal Harry had his best game as a pro too - in that same game, with the same number of receptions as Edelman. Byrd had one of his best games too with 2 fewer receptions than Edelman.
