When will y’all get on the donte jackson train ? i keep telling y’all it’s just something about that kid !

There’s nothing special man. That was an awful throw by a QB who locked onto a WR. Herbert is exactly who I said he was in the pre game threads. It shouldn’t surprise that Hurney was interested in him.

Donte really is the Ted Ginn of DB's. Frustratingly inconsistent, but enough playmaking skill to warrant keeping around. I think on a competing team he's a tremendous slot corner, and you might could get by with him as your CB2 as well.

When he learns to tackle. We have the worst tackling secondary in the NFL and Jackson has to be able to be an asset every play, not just the handful of plays he can make a play on the ball in the air. He’s young and there’sa lot of room to grow. I really like him though, just need him to round out his game by becoming more of an every down asset.

That’s not how life works, boss. We want a QB that can change the team. This guy isn’t it.

I understand wanting a high pick, but coming into panther gameday thread when they are winning and talking about how you want them to lose is poor attitude.  You can still enjoy wins

I apologize for ever thinking Trent Scott was as bad as Greg Little.

Outside of getting his ankles broke by Bosa, he's been playing well. Makes sense that OL coach wanted him since he started for Okung when he was on the NFI.

Coaching staff knew that the 2nd round pick that the GM wanted to trade up into the 1st for wasn't as good as their old UDFA. :o

Marty is awful. The Herbert you are seeing today is the one he wanted. He didn’t want McCoy, the C in NO graded as 4th best last year in his rookie season. He wanted the LT who was dropping down draft boards and he even had to throw away a good pick to get him. We’ve thrown away 3 day two picks in his first two drafts.

To jump a route on a dime and return 66 yards isn’t nothing to be impressed with in the nfl ? . That’s tough

I would prefer 2-3 wins this year, and the top pick.

I jest, but that is good enough for the average fan. I see the value in not doing that well this year, but when we picked up Teddy B, management said that the former is what they really want.
