I am impressed and encouraged by the amount of fan optimism this season!

That is an insanely racist crowd up there. Only people to start calling Cam a "thug" completely unprompted when I was at the Raleigh Pats bar. We weren't even playing those pricks, they had to go out of their way to inform me he was a thug because I was wearing the jersey.

Massachusetts is a very white place

We either A win some games with a new explosive offense and see if teddy really can be a franchise QB in the NFL or B we lose almost every game but show more fight in this season than we did with Rivera and we are gifted with a golden franchise QB prospect to dominate the division as Brees, Brady, and Ryan are all nearing retirement or massive fall off in play due to age.

Or C.  End up somewhere in-between and the mediocrity continues until Tepper brings in someone who can figure it out.

The odds so far favor C.

As a good friend of mine would say about his relationship with his wife, "I am much happier since I gave up all hope."  When there are no expectations, good or bad, perspectives change.

Then there is the newness factor.  Not just faces, but things like making adjustments at halftime, the HC telling the world to blame him for a play that didn't work, etc.  It is refreshing.

As for my friend's wife, her brother once told her she could nag the paint off the wall.

100% this. That was the second most racist area I have ever lived/worked in. Minnesota #1, Georgia #3.

Im surpised by Minnesota as #1. I stayed in New York for a few weeks as a reward. Went into a bar- "Who are you and were did you come form" "Im Basbear form NC" "Ooo you people know how to treat N***** down there"

I still feel Alabama, Mississippi, and Arkansas are the top three. My smart friend form NYC, she would say " I like how the south treats me, they are at least honest about their feelings towards blacks... Up north they smile and talk great to your face, and once your back is turned completely bad mouth you/your race"

Minnesota is crazy racist. I have worked there quite a bit and my industry sees a lot of guys from that area travel around. It is pretty surprising how virulently racist that state and it's people are.

I can second that thought about the North, some of those people are really fuged up. Northern NY, Pittsburgh/Western PA....that poo is crazy.
