Well he can say that all he wants.  Hurney, Rhule and Tepper are all in on the tank.  Thats all that matters.  They have constructed a roster such that the players can still play their hardest, and we will probably lose 14 or 15 games anyways.

Watching live a couple times I believe he thought he had already stepped out - players have been complaining that you can’t hear the electronic whistles at all.  
 

he didn’t step out and could have possibly taken it to the house.  But after watching the replay I can see why he thought he had stepped out.  Regardless-play to the whistle and then some

I wouldnt say that...if the wr or ball carrier is turned the other way he flies up to hit them in the back and then flex...

Rhule looks exasperated already in interviews, but I think its because he doesn't have the player types he wants at many positions

yeah i didn't see a replay but he really reacted like he thought he'd stepped out earlier

he should have fuging housed that. 

and then Tom brady would have been the only player in nfl history to throw a pick six in 4 straight nfl games

the best thing you can say about the panthers is there isn't really a talent dropoff between their starters and backups.
