CMC Injury Update: MRI Today

Hate that he got hurt, wish him a full recovery, and hope he is given every opportunity to get to that point. I am excited to see how the playbook changes with this, it was nice to see them move the ball with him on the sidelines yesterday, it wasn't like a anti-CMC thing, rather a relief of adaptation unlike years prior. Want to see other players step up or step out soon, want to also see evolution in the play calling. Hopeful, all this comes with time.

I'm not sure moving the ball against prevent D is much of an indication of future success.

Literally sit him for the rest of the year. Watching a healthy Cam tear it up DGAF that they lost the game should already be enough. Stop running elite players into the ground like Rivera leaving Cam in and having him rush up the middle when we are down 20+ points in the 4th quarter with 1 minute left int he game and poo.

i don't disagree but the trouble is that he's in his prime now. running backs peak really early relative to other position groups. losing a ton of value by sitting him this season.

I saw it on the replay, right before he went into the endzone, his ankle rolled. It was an inversion, lets hope it is not a grade 2 or 3 inversion. Grade 2 he will return in about 6 weeks, grade 3 he prolly will not return.

I guess that MRI didn't come out great. Sigh...

I just hope it's not something that will impact him going long-term.

Based on the length they were talking, I am guessing high ankle sprain.

I was literally only watching for CMC and brown. Now I’m freed up to watch buffalo all season. See y’all at the draft
