Tepper is just a rich dude who knows how to make money.  Actually building a great football team would just be icing on that cake. 

Hurney to me was always just a yes man to ownership who simply did what his HC wanted.  Makes for an easy front office.

While I'm sure there a plenty of people that'll love a sweet job like a GM for an NFL team, I;m not sure what quality we're going to attract is Hurney does leave.

At least whiffing on a coach doesn't cripple your cap. Non-player personnel is the area of spending that directly impacts on-field results where you're not capped.
