Forget Cam, is Bridgewater even better than Kyle Allen?

Bridgewater hasn’t won on this team yet, and it is tough to win on the Panthers. Something is weirdly wrong with this franchise. No back to back winning seasons in 25 seasons is pretty bad. Only other team that hasn’t had back to back winning seasons since 1995 are the Browns. Maybe it’s the black cat mascot being bad luck, I dunno. Something is just wrong with this team. Even an elite HOF talent like Cam Newton had problems winning on the Panthers.

No argument there. The Panthers are trash.

I made a whole thread about nepotism and Matt Rhule before the season and people laughed at me

Considering the circumstances surrounding this off-season he gets a bit of a pass for sticking with some of what he knows/is familiar with.

That said, if there is any indication that it continues past this season then he should be fired, even faster if it to clear detriment. A decade of Rivera's mediocrity-enabling antics in this area was more than enough.

The bar for being a WR1 isn’t being Nuk or AB in their primes.    Outside of Adams you basically named WRs who are could be argued as being the best in all the NFL at a point.

Well that's a true WR1, not just the no. 1 wr on a team. If you want to say he's the no. 1 WR on the team, that's fine. But when I draft a WR in the first round, I want him to be able to demand (and handle with at least some consistency) double teams, opening it up for other players.

BTW, don't be fooled by Adams. He got hurt today, but he was probably the best WR last week, and but for being injury would have probably have been today as well. But for his injuries last year, he was on his way to being arguably the best in the NFL last year. But...injuries are part of the equation!

Well, then I’d argue their are only maybe 5- 10 true 1s in all the NFL most seasons if that is your bar.  Depending the season.  Then I’d agree on Moore not being that

and I wasn’t knocking Adams.  He is top 5 of late.  Injury has kept him from his ceiling.  But the other guys I’d argue were the best WR in the game in different seasons.

@hepcat can you link that Rhule thread? Sounds like an interesting read.

It was a post more about the coaching staff but it definitely extended to the players with mixed results so far. Robby Anderson was a good signing but Tahir Whitehead is hot garbage.

First year head coach bringing in what he knows is noting new. Heck remember Nanee and Antwan Applewhite with Rivera? Give it time people its freaking game two. Dan Conner was out MLB before we lucked into Luke. Nick Hayden and Sione Fua  were our starting DT...RELAX

But to answer this thread...yall dumb if you think Teddy and Kyle are the same.
