He's a jackass and went off the deep end.

I don’t think anyone should be pressured to remove anything political from their personal social accounts as long as it isn’t intended to directly offend someone. That goes for either side. Just my personal opinion.

On the Raiders side, not exactly an issue, but...

Jon Gruden surprised to hear his wife's name used as an audible

Quote

Carr called out “Cindy Gruden, Tiger Woods” before a first quarter play, which was a Josh Jacobs run to the right.

“Derek used my wife’s name on TV in one of his audibles, so it must not have been too loud in there,” Gruden joked, via Adam Hill of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. “I’m still trying to figure out why Cindy Gruden’s name came up during the game. I’ve got to look into that. . . .

“Unfortunately for me, I could never hear him until yesterday. So I don’t know what he’s been up to at the line of scrimmage, but he better keep my wife out of it from now on.”

Maybe next time he'll use his mama's name.

There's already a thread on it in the Tinderbox if you insist on continuing to cry about it.

I know the guys. He's actually a jackass who went off the deep end. He's been a vocal Trump supporter for 5 years.

Merely supporting Trump isn't why he lost his job.

That’s fair. There is some subjectivity to the matter I’m sure. And it sounds like he walked away from the job due to the pressure from the employer to modify his social media account.
