I think it was a pretty damn good day offensively. Scoring 30 points, most any week, means your offense did what it needed to win. You score 30 and don’t turn it over and you should win — provided 35% of your defensive starters aren’t rookies and your back seven is not a sieve.

We're far from a well oiled machine yet. But as for week 1 goes I can't think of a better opening day offensive performance by the Panthers recently.

I would rate the offensive performance overall very well.  It was a good start for them. The 4th down call still frustrates me a bit. I dont think Teddy was bad by any means but I also don't think the term game manager is a bad word.

Teddy will have the Panthers at 500 or better by the end of the year. Once that happens it will be interesting to see what fans and media have to say.
