I don't know where everyone is getting that the Raiders are bad on offense.  The Raiders as a team had a passing rating of 101 in 2019.  They only gave up 29 sacks and ran for almost 1900 yards.  They just could not score in the red zone.  They completed 70% of their passes and only threw 8 picks.  They just had problems scoring in the redzone, but they were a good offense.  Their defense, not so good. 

So everyone thinking the Bucs are such a better offense maybe best to wait and see.
