We only gave a long play one time. Troy Pride Jr gave up a long play one time but he had a number of solid tackles.

I would have been worried if this game was a 35-3 drop like the Browns had but it wasn’t sooo I’m kinda exited for next year.

Game 1 of the rebuild and it was decent.  More good surprises than bad ones, that’s for sure.

Our o-line got some pretty good movement on their d-line on an earlier short yardage play, so I think gave Joe the confidence to make that call. He expected the o-line to win again, and if not Alex could give the final push for the 1st down. I just hated the call because I don't have faith in this o-line, and Alex is nothing special.

True True andbAlex aint CMC but he is a truck man.... ton of power n effort on his part he gained 4 of the 10 inchs.

CMC woulda tried to go over that on the inside run that call reminds u of the Fox days 4th and short Hoover up the gut.

Yeah if you just look at Alex's legs you can see that power. I would make that call if we we're loaded at o-line, but we have a patchwork o-line that should not be counted on in that way imo. I would get ball to CMC in space and let him try to make a play. Now in the past I am fully aware that CMC has failed in the open field on short yardage, but I would give it to him again.
