What's the difference?  When Cam was hurt and couldn't throw twenty yards, we called basically the same plays to compensate.

The defense could not stop anyone and they still can't. All CMC to carry the load.

the defense does look the same, except our rookies actually are playing well and the entire D is new.

the offense looks way more explosive and energetic than we've seen in a long time

That’s actually really good because we’re clearly at the beginning of a rebuild, with by far the most dead cap in the league, and 9 rookies on defense... so if we’re starting out just as good as we have been lately, then the floor and ceiling are both pretty high going forward.

Agree.. I thought they would really stink the joint out. Not rock bottom, about the same level of play as before the retool. Same team, different faces.

It’s a full on pre-season game essentially. Still a dumb call tho, a pass would have been far more preferable than that. Handing the ball off to anyone but CMC with the game on the line is idiotic

Offense needs to gel more but some of what i saw was encouraging

Just wondering when are we gonna get a coaching staff that understands teams will be just fine with dink and dunking us down the damn field all day long as we play 20 yards off the ball.
