Bourbon street report

Only have run into a few panthers fans thus far. Saints fans for the most part have been friendly. Can't remember the name of the bar, but it was one with live music, anyway, the female lead singer says "WHO DAT?? We are gonna beat Jacksonville on Sunday!!!"

lol

Like it matters....all of them are in a row and consist of either generic cover bands playing def leppard and Bon jovi, karaoke, strip joints where they try to entice you to go in by having scantilly clad dancers on the street that could be 16 years old, and I think there was one where they touted riding a mechanical bull.

Your on the wrong end of Bourbon. Tell all your Panther buddys that the real Bourbon St. doesnt even start till past St. Ann. Just walk down Bourbon(away from canal) till you get to St. Ann, then keep walking. Be sure and wander off Bourbon for more interesting bars.

Probably Bourbon Street Blues Company. And the bar with the mechanical bar is Bourbon Cowboy which is a tourist novelty that tries to pass for a "country" bar.

Don't take his advice. It's the gay section. Gotta look after my boys.

Frenchman St. has good live music. Much better than tourist haven Bourbon. I haven't been to the Lakefront in years, but it's a good place to go chillax by some water out on West End and eat good seafood also. You'll be surrounded by Saints fans...of course.

    • They reached for Pickett, so they are not immune to it.  I could see that as well.  I just think the Colts are flying under the radar and they have been too quiet concerning their QB situation--of course, they could think Jones is their guy (they had a good one named Jones a long time ago) but I think they are done with the Richardson experiment.   Even if I believed in Jones, I would still draft a QB--I also read one mock that said the Jets would take Sanders if he falls to 7---I disagree, but I was once wrong and it still bothers me.
    • I just switched to prime video with fanduel south. Will I be able to watch the Canes playoff games still?
    • I mean, you can use that "logic," but the problem is that most practice squad players, backups or average guys don't put the play on film that Wharton did when given their opportunities.  Perhaps you'll end up right, but I don't think that just because a guy has been in a rotation makes him inherently less productive because he gets more snaps. I will say that the KC fans I've seen on social media loved him, and considered him their second best DT,  regardless of his "rotational" status, and generally considered him a dawg, so I'm going to give him the benefit of doubt until he shows otherwise.
