What Raiders fans are saying about the Carolina Panthers

If Teddy has half the slinging fun time as Fitzmagic sign me up for an entertaining season, at least the games will be very watchable instead of the run, run, pass, punt of the past.

Yeah, I am not going to be upset if he is Fitzmagic. Ryan is a pretty fun stop gap QB, TBH.

Here is a quick look into some of the things Las Vegas Raiders Fans are saying about the Carolina Panthers matchup this week.

Some Raider fans see a big victory in their future.

I really can't blame them. The Carolina Panthers have undergone at least twice as much change this offseason than any other franchise. If I was a fan of the Raiders I am sure I would be calling for a huge victory as well.

However, I don't know that it will be anything but a close game. I feel both teams will play things pretty close to the vest as they get acclimated to the regular season.

Some Raiders Fans disrespect Teddy Bridgewater

Bridgewater has been a bright spot for the Carolina Panthers this offseason. He is hugely underrated in this league because he hasn't had much of a chance to prove his worth after his knee injury 5 years ago. The biggest opportunity he has had was last season where all he did was win.

Sure, sleep on Teddy if you must. But do so at your own risk.

P.S. - I'd rather have Teddy than Derek Carr, and it isn't close.

Not all Raiders Fans are as optimistic

A good point is brought up here. For the first time since I can remember the Carolina Panthers have a legitimate duo in DJ Moore and Robby Anderson. If offensive coordinator Joe Brady decides to show off his new toys early, it could catch the Raiders off guard.

Was it hard to choose from the 26 Raider fans that exist?

The great thing about their QB, is he is either on it, or he's bad. No in-between.

Their defense is worse than ours, and we're starting 4 rookies.

Not sure where their confidence is coming from. Gruden hasn't coached well in 2 decades.

Well even when Carr is "on it" he's not very good. He just plays so scared and has no confidence, that along with a weak arm is a bad combo for a starting QB. They have some nice pieces on offense and a good OL but those WRs and Carr don't scare me one bit, even with our young secondary. I think this game will come down to coaching to be honest. Who is less sloppy and which coach can do a better job at masking their weaknesses. They might have a bit more talent than us but their roster overall isn't that much better than ours.

You are getting pooed on because all you do now is poo on the Panthers.

Get used to it, or take a hint and stop. No one cares.

forgive me for being a realist. there are a couple bright spots on this roster - excited to see CMC, DJ, Burns, Jackson.

other than that, yeah, not much to get excited about.

lol I love how people think we will suck because the team has been ‘torn apart’ and have a new coach.Aside from Luke, no one who left matters they were all riding the bench. Rivera never helped win games. He never out coached anyone and his defenses here ranked well below average during his time. He was genuinely an awful coach with the only strength is how players viewed him.

Like were we somehow a force to reckon with before all that happened averaging 7 wins in three years or 5 last year?

If anything I’d think that panthers would be more formable after changing out a lame coach, capable QB and cutting the aging fat even if we won’t be a good team, can’t imagine being worse than a rivera led kyle Allen team with vets raking in the cash getting splinters in their ass.

if someone’s going to say the Panthers have gotten worse or will be a blow out, prolly going to need something more logical than that, if I was an opposing team that needed a win I’d wish everything stayed the same for the Panthers
