Panthers re-sign Efe Obada - Eli Apple to IR

The Panthers have re-signed Efe Obada and placed CB Eli Apple (hamstring/foot) on IR.

Under the new Covid rule, Apple could come back in as little as 3 weeks.

About ready to Cut Apple and run with the rest. I honestly believe Rhule was trying to motivate players like Apple with his "colored jersey" game.  I still dont believe he fully understand this is the pros and not college. You do not have nearly the same power over players here, its very different.
