How will Teddy do on Sunday?

Teddy's debut as the Carolina Panthers starting quarterback comes against the Raiders and their less than stellar defense. They ranked the bottom 10 in the league against the pass last season.

Will Teddy have enough of a grasp of Joe Brady's offense to score some points? Will DJ and Robby shine? Will we see Curtis Samuel being productive?

What say ye?

This Raider defense is totally different than the defense they threw out there last year( at least six-7  new starters  on defense.   So much faster on this side of ball they’re now than last year unit.    Every level they are better .Very young and up coming defense line. ( will rotate a lot of guys in Rod Marinelli  defense line coach)   The Lb corps is where you will see the biggest improvement   .  For years the Raider lb Corps was terrible, but that is the case with Corey Littleton, N Kwiatoski , and Raekwon Mcmillan( run stuffer) .      Raiders cb’s are extremely young as there whole group is either rookie or second year players but expect the coverage to be tight.   I’m worried more about the nickel cb spot as that filled by  veteran Lamarcus Joyner who was God awful last year playing that position.  Wouldn’t surprise me if a young cb eventually takes that job away from him .   They have a lot more depth throughout the defense this year.

Teddy has never had more than 14 TDs in a single season. If you DOUBLE his production that's 28 td, so assuming he doubles his production that means he might score 2 td this week, maybe, but that's only if he does twice as best as his previous best years.
