Legit feel bad for Obada.

Certainly hoping the young man finds a place on someone's roster. After everything he's overcome to get to the NFL, how can you not want to see him do well? I think with some of the things he is able to show on tape, his odds of being picked up are good.

Good to have a sense of humor about these things. I both love and hate this move. Love it from a football perspective, hate it for the man who seems to be a legit good dude and everyone knows his rough background. From a football perspective though, it was probably time to move on. He has intriguing talent, but when you come to football so late in life you're just not going to catch up with guys who have been playing the game since they were six years old. We gave him ample time and it just wasn't happening. I wish him nothing but the best.

I really didnt see obada sticking around much longer if he didnt show starter potential. Signing Weatherly and then drafting ygm the writing was on wall.

Smarty Marty waived 2020 fifth rounder Robinson.... well at least he wasnt a 7th like Smith or Goodwin(wavied same yr..) 3rd rounder Gaulden waived last year. Marty needs to wave the GM. Not upset about losing 7th rounders, but 3rd and 5th rounders should stick longer than one training camp/one year.
