Yeah, but I'd like to think he has learned something all those years. I would like to...but, at the end of the day, I'm optimistic about the Rhule changes in Charlotte.

We have an entire new staff and are in a rebuilding year if thats needs to be mentioned. The previous tendencies mean nothing now.

Ron Rivera is one of the most stubborn head coaches in the history of the NFL. He would only stray from his tendencies if he was about to lose his job.

Same goes for what players started games and who made the team. If someone had an opposing opinion or idea they were most likely shown the door, even if they were a superior player to someone else on the roster.

Matt Rhule seems like the complete opposite. And that is very refreshing.
