What are the odds the season is cancelled due to police brutality? Starting to worry

Thoughts on the likelihood of this happening? Shame, was really looking forward to see our new look team this year.

Um, due to police brutality? Zero. Cancelled due to coronavirus? Possible.

I'd be stunned if it was cancelled. Teams will want to make a statement. Maybe they'll cancel practice so they can go protest.

Many of the same drivers we normally hear about when discussing the NFL like short careers, and  non-guaranteed contracts will keep the NFL from being as active, say, the NBA.

Meh, not worried about the CV. Unless there is some huge unforeseen breakout or something of that nature. Besides, the testing isn’t accurate anyway

zero.  it sounds all nice and swell using your platform to enact social reform.... then you realize by cancelling your season you remove the platform.  

 

The NBA is isolated in a bubble and feel helpless to do things except tweet.  The NFL will have days off and will not be restricted to a bubble.  Most players in the NFL aren't household names and without an NFL season aren't as powerful of a voice.  

I will expect lots of touchdown celebrations politically charged , in game demonstrations (both team taking a knee for the first play), and lord knows what else.

 

Its the ratings I am worried about and the onfield product.
