Prediction time: What’s the big story next year?

Season is almost here. We know what the big story line is for the panthers this year.

What will panthers fans all be focusing on at this time next year?

I’ll go first:

First round rookie QB learning under TB.

Defense adds even more pieces to complement DROTY Derek Brown. D looking to take a big step after a terrible 2020 season.

Rebuild Oline, draft a franchise QB and target a CB to add to the D.

Hopefully the media circus around a first-round QB.

Rookie QB seems decent likely. 

I'll throw a curve ball out there... new DC. Maybe I'll be wrong but I think Snow will prove to be in over his head at the NFL level.

After losing the SuperBowl the Panthers try to keep the momentum for the 2021 season!

New hope and excitement around here surrounding Lawrence or Fields. 
 

Next year will go a long way in rebuilding the fan base.

half the people hate the draft picks, half the people hate the qb.  half the people hate the coach.  90% of the people hate the gm, unless we get a new one, and then half the people hate him/her.  10% of the people are still posting cam threads after he has a good year.

Panthers draft Trey Lance who will be developed behind surprisingly successful Teddy Bridgewater.

Most the people don’t hate the QB, it’s just known or expected that he’s a stopgap. He hasn’t given much, stat wise, to show he’s the answer or worth getting invested in.

That, the loss of certain players, and Covid just have quite a few in the Carolinas not even caring about the panthers if we’re being real.
