The stat sheet doesn't tell the whole story. Watch the games and try to tell me Shaq has the impact on the field that TD did.

Shaq has been a solid player, so I hope Chinn has a better career. I hope Chinn is used correctly and becomes one of the better SS in the league.

Might as well roll the dice and guess Chinn.  We've probably seen Shaq at his peak, and that's an average to good starter WITH Kuechly.  He'll still be decent, but any idea of Shaq all of a sudden becoming a Pro Bowler without Luke calling out offenses' plays is a pie in the sky theory IMO.

Considering Shaq is pretty much a slightly above average JAG, I’ll take Chinn as he doesn’t really have to do much to be on the same level as Shaq and is young enough/jury is out for him to be able to surpass him.

I really only see Shaq as being slightly above average.  Unfortunately, Chinn hasn't seen the field yet, so if you made me pick right this second, Shaq.
