Based purely on talent on the field, it's Like/TD/Shaq easily.

Luke is the trump card on this because even though I'd say Morgan and Witherspoon were pretty special in their own right and in their prime, Luke's ability to be DC on the field is just a cheat code. 

Would have been an interesting unit to see Beason, Luke(rookie year), and Davis together if Jon didn't get hurt.

This LB group - I like the depth a lot but on paper it looks like one of the worst we’ve ever had. LB is at the top of the needs list for next years draft. Funny how quickly things change.

Still, one of the unsung players on this list, Will Witherspoon, was soooo much better than he was given credit for. Smart, smart guy and a heck of a player.

Yeah I wish we could have kept Spoon but I think he wanted MLB money. Was pretty worth it though.

We had a choice in extending him or Dan Morgan. Morgan was a beast, though, and we really didn't know how much damage he had received in taking concussions (and giving them to other teammates). I said it back then, and still agree today, we should have kept Spoon.

Morgan was a gd tackling machine! But Spoon was a much more versatile player with athleticism that jumped off the screen.

His INT against Brady in 05 was so impressive. If the team had Jenkins and Moose for that season, O what could have been!!!!
