If he's as bad as he was last year we gotta just put him on the bench and play Larsen. Sucks to have that much salary riding the pine, but it sucks a lot worse to seeing your QB and/or high dollar RB get constantly smacked in the mouth right up the middle.

Larsen did look like a decent back up a few years ago when he had to fill in for Kalil, better than paradis looked last year IMO. I'm not in a hurry to condemn him after a 10 second clip though, we shall all see soon enough.

Larsen had Turner and Norwell on either side of him.

Actually this guy can make or break Paradis. If Paradis can raise his level of play to not get embarrassed every practice we're making our online better. Remember when Pep made Jordan Gross have to be ProBowl level just to compete in practice. Same.

We can only hope this is true.

This may happen thinking back to last year  Paradis didn’t get a chance to battle KK all year and the others DT from evidence of our defensive stats weren’t doing much of anything. He’ll get a chance to practice against a monster and a healthy KK who can be monster should be better prepared for other DTs during the season. Might not get to pb level like Gross did but just being better could be key for us to be a top ten offense.

Not trying to be a know it all, but it looks as though Paradis did not have time to extend his arms, and he has to reach, which gives Brown the rip move.  It suggests that Brown got a good jump and he is demonstrating good technique. In fairness to Paradis, if Brown is shooting gaps, he is going to need some help from the guard----this is a good sign and it does not mean Paradis sucks--it means that Brown shot the right gap with quickness and good technique.

We need a C moving forward.

Jordan Gross had the ability. He was a top 10 draft pick. Paradis, based on what we saw last year, does not. He’s not going to miraculously get better. Brown will likely continue to embarrass him. It’s also not a good sign that we got rid of both guards giving us two new G starters besides our top weak spot on OL.
