Why do people care what someone famous has to say? They are most of the time no more informed then you and me. As long as you play good ball on the field I don't really care what you do or what your views on the world are off the field. I like to take in info and make a decision for my self.. just saying

He could say fug football today, never play a snap, and it wouldn’t even make top 3.

Give me your top 3. I’m guessing the Sean Gilbert trade is #1 even though Gilbert wasn’t a complete bust like a lot of people say he is.

people have opinions. Respect it, deflect it, reflect it, or move on. In the end you know what you believe, so use your energy there. Kyrie said the earth was flat and donated thousands of dollars to research for it, people ignored it. Do the same here. Not worth the time.

pretty sure we collectively called Kryrie an idiot and he shut up with his nonsense.

I mean, in general, as a productive society....you don't let people spread bullshit to the masses.   We seem to struggle greatly with that of late.

So I respectfully disagree.  Kyrie says the Earth is flat? There is really one option.  Reject it and call out his BS.  Then we can move on.  Don't need to respect it.   I mean you can show him respect as a human/man.  Not the junk he WAS selling.   We do too much empowering of people who reject science and facts these days.   We don't need to respect conspiracy theories just because someone bought into it.

Im confused, are you stating you disagree with my comment? I don't believe i made a flat statement outside of this not being worth the time. Is there what you disagree with?

I don't agree that we should ignore people when they spread false information to the masses.    I think they need to be called out on the BS they are attempting to share and misinform others with.

Kyrie wasn't ignored.   He was called on his ignorance.  He quit sharing the bad information/lies.

THAT being said.  We actually don't know his actual hot take.  We are assuming his hot take.  There is fear mongering going on w/ COVID.   You can take COVID seriously and admit that.   He also could just be really bad at analogies using the mask one.   You never know.
