No doubt he can throw a deep pass when not under pressure and with a receiver that is one on one.  Question is, can he throw a 10 yard route over the middle on a crowded field while under pressure.

I know many were ready to give up on Will after his rookie campaign ended badly. No doubt that he did not play well but we all need to keep in mind that he is only in his second season. Matt Rhule seems to be pretty high on Grier from everything he has said and I think he could do well under this system... The main thing is just giving him time to develop. The future is bright!

He was beat but showed good recovery speed and it was a nice job by the WR to hang onto that ball. That could've easily been a pass breakup.

Pharoh Cooper went to my old high school (Havelock). Always been pulling for the kid. He looked like he was about to become the real deal 2 years ago before an ankle injury landed him on IR.  He has been bouncing around purgatory ever since (Bengals + Cardinals).
