I'm not even sure they're as good as "average." Reimer maybe. Mrazek is either great when he's on his game or wild and terrible when he's off his game. Maybe you go with Reimer for consistency and a more steady goaltender but not sure he'll be good enough to get the job done over 3 more series after this. Mrazek if he could get and stay hot for it would give us a better chance but those odds are extremely slim.

Dude, I live here in Boston surrounded by the worst piss-ant fans in the entire country (I've lived in Philly and like those fans wayyyyyy more than Boston sports fans)... This series means so much more to me than any other team, even division rivals like the Caps/Pens, etc. Going into work tomorrow will be fun, I guarantee you multiple people come to me and tell me how lucky we were to win because of the refs. The audacity and disillusion from Boston sports fans is unmatched. It's pretty embarrassing too considering they have a dozen god damn championships in the last 2 decades...

Not gonna downplay that Pasternak was out, but when we were playing our game- speed game- they looked lost. But the "sitting back and playing back" almost let them back in. When you have your foot on their throat, Riverdance.

And Reimer did well tonight. They scored on 2 PPs, including an impossible angle shot by Marchand.

Reimer looked lost at times. Especially at the end, I would say well is a bit of an overstatement. He was adequate at best. We need the Reimer from the rangers series, and sadly, I don't think that's going to happen.
