Yeah my main concern was the Rags young Russian goalie Shestyorkin, but he’s out. We are definitely the better team overall

I agree, he is awesome, but I thought Forslund already said fug them, essentially, due to the contract offer.

Agree. Mike isn’t terrible, but Forslund is the best PBP guy in all of sports, in my opinion anyways.

He seemed upset about it for sure but he said he won’t close the door and the ball is in the Canes court for any counteroffers. Dundon made Forslund an offer, Forslund countered, and the Canes didn’t even counter back just said take it or leave it. I’m still holding out hope that once the virus is gone or more settled/certain that we’ll go back to Forslund with a better offer, as unlikely as that may be...
