It couldn't be unweighted at all.  Completely unfair.  No way that KC would be the worst team in the League and it they happened to get the #1 pick in a lottery, people would lose their minds.

People will lose their minds no matter what happens. Guess what? Too bad. Fans will get over whatever the end result is.

Saw a method that I think would be middle ground and fair for the most part.

Based off the 2019 draft order it would be a lottery but the teams would be in the lotto for the range they were in 2019.

Picks 1-10 would be in the lotto for those teams that drafted top 10 in 2019 so Dolphins, Bengals, Panthers, Chargers etc etc would all get one ball and be guaranteed that pick range.

Same thing for picks 11-21...same group of teams that drafted in that range for 2019

Then last picks 22-32.
