I like what Teddy did yesterday overall, have given him plenty of praise, and I am still impressed with Cam and happy he took this important step.  It isnt an either or.  We can like both.

In general I agree. I dont think he needs to be throwing 40 yard bombs anymore but he will need some vertical elements to get space for the running game.  For a first game and given the personnel its promising.

I didnt see the game to see Cams decision making on plays to know if he was avoiding going deep.  Most of the passes in his highlights seemed to be designed as quick routes and short drops. Other times he had to scramble when pressure broke down the pocket or a nice opportunity presented itself.

Teddy is a veteran and he did what a veteran QB should do and we should all stand and cheer or you will be banned from making comments in the Panthers forum OK? Just move on and don't question anything the front office does OK? There's a lot of money at stake here and Panther homers who are now classified a "troll" because they disagree are not appreciated, OK? Even you die hards, fall in line OK? I have no idea what mod action was taken but there were several threads completely derailed by people getting into Cam fights. It was a bit too much.

Dude, they crapped on guys that will go down as Panther greats, guys who loved the Panthers and Charlotte.

The franchise has done a lot of boneheaded stuff since. National media is taking about it too.
