The roster is bad, but not that bad. Also, with this statement you are assuming the coaching staff will be horrible. We have more talent than the raiders did last year and they finished with 6 wins.

No we don't need a pass catching tight end.  McCaffrey is a short yardage goat and we just need blockers.

Gimme someone like Kyle Juszczyk who can play at fullback, tight end and wing. Those kind of players that take pride in blocking and can be successful in multiple positions.

I don't think the staff sucks, but I do expect significant growing pains transitioning to the NFL. Kinda like a really talented rookie player, they're still going to look like the rookies that they are on occasion.

You'll re a dumbass. Plain and simple. Not gonna go into detail (I could for days) , but fug man, we aren't tanking. TB will do fine in this new offense. 

 

 

Cam was a 1 trick pony with his mobility, but when he lost his mobility and desire to improvise... We went back some steps. That far into his career and just learning a checkdown? Bridgewater will be fine. It may seem crazy now because we have no known names, but I believe in them and believe they are building a solid team from the ground up

It's almost like the NFL has told you over and over not to draft a TE high....and teams keep right on doing it.

 

Usually TE's to better in their 2nd contract.
