A lot of the issues that were once ironed out during preseason will now have to wait until the regular season begins.

Suspect there will be a lot more "missed opportunities" and injuries across the league during the first few weeks of regular season.

It might end up being like 2011, where offenses were lighting up defenses for the first few weeks of the season, until the defenses caught up.

They still charge the same $$$ for preseason, so cutting two preseason games is essentially signing up to take a 10% reduction in revenue.

There's not gonna be football this year.

This is wrong.

Preseason tickets have been reduced for at least 3 years here.

Don't disagree with no football though

Alot of teams weren't taking the preseason games very seriously.  Many were getting the real work in during joint practices.  Now it appears joint practices are being cancelled.  So will the teams suddenly take the preseason games a little more serious this year, or will they simply go into the regular season less prepared.  It will be interesting to see.
