Not sure I like this move.  Should have taken the Seattle backup job where there'd be no pressure to play.  Boston fans will likely be calling for Stidham's head and expecting Cam to replace him as a starter.  And unlike the Charlotte area media that absolutely coddled him for a decade, the New England based sports media is vicious.

Disagree, they’ve made the playoffs twice under McD, last year they passed the eye test as well except for QB which is the only real question in my eyes. Bucs haven’t made the playoffs in what 12 years?

I’m not sure it was handled the best way either but I don’t think Cam’s market was ever going to be very big this year. The injury uncertainty is really a big deal.
