Huge difference but either way it's the players he is going to have to work with this year.

Maybe he means that there are only 20 players he believes are worthy enough of to be called Panthers.  The rest are placeholders for future players to come either via the draft or future FA.

The way it’s worded it’s clearly indicating in person meetings, which doesn’t surprise me one bit and other newly hired coaches are in the same situation most likely.

Makes sense, he probably met with the top players shortly after being hired and then the virus hit and he hasn't been able to meet the others in person due to that.

Everything we've heard about him is that his players love him, doesn't seem like the type of guy who would only have even "met" with only 20 of the players by teleconference.

I think he said in an interview that he has teleconferenced many, but in person, not so many

Ive been saying it for some time and recently Peter King just said it too- This is the hardest job in NFL history. Simply can not judge Rhule this up coming year, crazy as it sounds A LOT more could happen to make things even worse. 

Not a fan of the hire or ALL THE BAYLOR BROS hiring, but I respect the hell of him attacking and not using it as a excuse. "Find a way, bro" was his quote.
