He had 36 wtf lol

and also 800 less passing yards than cam had in 2015, 200 less than cam's worst passing year (outside of 2014 where he was injured and played one less game than LJ did this yr and still matched lamar's total of this season), but that doesn't fit his narrative so you won't see that mentioned

I’d take Cam over anyone not Rodgers, Mahomes, Brady.

I’m not going to sit here and say that Cam is good as Brady or Manning or something like that. But what you don’t get is that Cam Newton doesn’t have to hinder his game just prove arbitrary passing stats to a guy arguing on the internet.

Cam showed in 2018 he could dink and dunk just like candyass Brees. He inflated his passing stats and everyone praised him. The difference was the system and the plays we ran. But was Cam anymore clutch? No because he’s always been clutch. Which is something you can’t say for Matt Ryan. Playing QB isn’t rocket science even though everyone likes to pretend that it is. And even though Brady and Manning are very intelligent guys by this logic Ryan Fitzpatrick should be the best in the NFL.

For the last several years, why would  Cam Newton throw a 5yd pass to Devin No Hands Funchess when the smart play is for him to pick up the first down himself. The Panthers have been among top of the league in running plays and running on first down for much of Cams career. That means there’s one less attempt for Cam to throw, short gains within 1-10 yards.

When Cam throws the ball it’s usually for second and long and third down conversions. He always had more pressure to convert than other QBs. And I’ll admit hes has some accuracy problems but I think the former has been a big factor in why his stats look less favorable.  When he got an OC that took the pressure off him he excelled.

And god forbid had the god damned officials treated Cam fairly over the years we wouldn’t be in this position to begin with.

Based on what would you take Cam over any of the top 15 QBs ? Say its 4th and 10 and you need a first down, what skill Cam has that is better than say ...Eli Manning?

And im not trying to be funny or combative...I just dont see it...and i admit i could be wrong.

You mean like using his legs to extend the play and have WR’s go into scramble drill mode ?

how about this cherry picked scenario, what skill does Eli possess on 4th and goal from the 2 that is better than cam ?
